"Our mission is to build high quality, energy efficient homes that surpass our clients’ expectations by making your visions our reality."

Company History

Building where Pinellas area home buyers want to live has been one of the keys to success for Chouinard Builders. For over forty years, this extraordinary family has been concentrating on building residential, commercial and remodeling within Pinellas County and throughout the eastern United States.

The Woods at Lake Seminole for example is one Chouinard achievement with a home boasting 2,052 square feet of living space with a tile roof, all natural gas, sprinkler system, superb entertainment space, free form pool, and vaulted ceilings with fans. With this project, as with all Chouinard projects location was a key ingredient to their success.

The Trails at Bardmoor, another Chouinard builders development is located off Bryan Dairy Road with 55 lots, and many of those with lake frontage.

Robert Chouinard's appreciation and dedication has been handed down through three generations and now is being passed on to his nephew, Jerry Chouinard who works along side family members Tom Siuru and his son Brad Chouinard.

City of Seminole

Water Tower Dedication

January 22, 2020

Chouinard Builders had a wonderful time celebrating the kick off to City of Seminole’s 50th Birthday!

We would like to thank Mayor Waters, City Council, and all the members of the historical society for putting on such a wonderful event!

We were so honored to be apart of it as we honored the Water Tower memorial!

We are looking forward to another 50 years in Seminole as your local builder!
